据报道，通常在这种“裸体婚礼”之前，新人们都会在请帖上讲清楚婚礼“着装情况”。婚礼当天，婚礼大厅内专门为嘉宾准备了更衣间，以方便客人们更换和储存衣物。“裸体婚礼”正式开始后，新郎和新娘必须赤裸出现，而前来道喜的嘉宾们则可以自由选择穿或者不穿，热情的司仪一般也不穿衣服。

不过，新人双方的父母由于受传统观念影响较重，一般都会盛装出席，不会有什么“惊人举动”。
